An annual membership fee of $100 provides access to The PURE Reserve experience, including exclusive member pricing, personalized aesthetic benefits, and special membership privileges. The fee is collected when you join and renews annually.

What is The PURE Reserve?

The PURE Reserve is Pure Med Spa’s exclusive membership program, combining monthly Beauty Bank contributions with preferred treatment pricing and special member privileges.

What is the Beauty Bank?

Your Beauty Bank is a personal balance of prepaid credits that may be applied toward eligible aesthetic treatments.

Is there an annual membership fee?

Yes. The PURE Reserve has a $100 annual membership fee, charged when you join and every 12 months thereafter while your membership remains active.

Is there a minimum membership commitment?

Yes. All PURE Reserve memberships begin with a six-month minimum commitment.

What happens after my first six months?

After your initial six-month commitment, your membership continues month to month unless canceled according to the membership terms.

Does my entire monthly payment go into my Beauty Bank?

Your monthly payment includes a $5 PURE Reserve Membership Fee. The remaining amount is deposited into your personal Beauty Bank.

What happens if I cancel and later rejoin?

If you cancel and later rejoin The PURE Reserve, a new $100 annual membership fee is charged when you re-enroll.

Which neurotoxins qualify for membership pricing?

Does PURE GLO include complimentary vitamin injections?

No. Complimentary B12 or Vitamin D injections are included with PURE LUXE and PURE DIAMOND only, subject to clinical eligibility.

What vitamin injections are included with LUXE and DIAMOND?

PURE LUXE: One complimentary B12 or Vitamin D injection every other month. PURE DIAMOND: One complimentary B12 or Vitamin D injection monthly. Complimentary injections in PURE LUXE and PURE DIAMOND are subject to clinical eligibility and provider approval.

Do unused Beauty Bank credits roll over?

Yes. Unused Beauty Bank credits accumulate according to the membership terms.

Can I combine membership discounts with promotions?

Membership pricing cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless otherwise specified.

Can I use my Beauty Bank toward injectables?

Yes. Beauty Bank credits may be used toward eligible injectable treatments.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You may cancel once your 6-month commitment is fulfilled. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

What happens to my Beauty Bank after cancellation?

Any remaining prepaid balance is handled according to the membership terms and applicable law.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

Contact Pure Med Spa to request a membership change. Changes are subject to membership terms and availability.

The PURE Reserve begins with a six-month membership commitment, giving you time to build your Beauty Bank and establish a consistent aesthetic care routine.

  • The 6-month commitment begins on your enrollment date. Monthly membership payments continue throughout this period.
  • After the first 6 months, membership continues month to month unless canceled in accordance with the membership terms.
  • The $100 annual membership fee is separate from monthly payments, collected when you join, and due every 12 months while active. A new $100 annual fee is charged if you cancel and later rejoin.
